July 7 – Parent Forms become available in MyCherryCreek
- These need to be completed ONLY by returning families
- Any NEW family to CCSD will complete the parent forms during the registration process
July 15 – Student check-in packet sent via ConnectED
August 1 [9:00am-12:00pm] – 9th Grade AP Intro Course
- Encouraged for students enrolled in AP Human Geography
August 4 – First day of Football and Boys' Golf
August 7 [4:00pm] – Student schedules available in PowerSchool
August 11 – First day of Fall Sports
August 11 & 12 – [8:20am-12:30pm] 9th grade phase-in days
August 12 [12:30-3:30pm] – Drop-in check in
- Students will not be required to attend in-person check-in this year.
- You are able to complete the process by reviewing this packet of information.
- If you still wish to attend an in-person check-in, please come to the Overland Cafeteria
August 13 – A-Day for all students (Advisory Schedule)
August 28 & 29 – Student pictures & IDs during school day
October 31 – Makeup pictures and IDs during the school day
December 3 – Makeup pictures and IDs during the school day
Phase-in Days
August 11 and 12, 2025
Overland Phase-in Days are designed to assist 9th graders in making a smooth transition from middle school to high school and to introduce all students to their teachers before we begin the A/B class rotation schedule. We want to help prepare all students to be Blazer Great, Blazer Proud, Blazer Excellent!
