The Seal of Biliteracy is a new recognition awarded to Overland students upon graduation. Students who demonstrate proficiency in two languages will be eligible for this honor. There are a many criteria that may determine student eligibility, including scores on AP tests, grades in Concurrent Enrollment classes, scores on the SAT, and/or successful completion of an English Capstone. Students also may need to perform at a proficient level on the Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages (AAPPL).
