2024 Mill & Bond - Investing in Excellence

Thanks to the support of our community, the Cherry Creek School District can continue to deliver excellence for our students, staff, and community.

The overwhelming support for the 2024 Mill and Bond helps to ensure high-quality teachers, innovation and in-demand career training, and safe, healthy schools for all students. The 2024 Bond is funding capital construction improvements across the district, with many of the projects underway.

Bond Projects on the Overland / Prairie Campus

The bond projects on the Overland/Prairie campus include the following:

• Pool: Construction of a new 8-lane pool and diving board inside a new natatorium building near the southwest corner of Overland HS
• Pathways at Overland (IST) Renovation: The Institute of Science & Technology building is getting a major interior renovation to expand access to in-demand career pathways such as:
  • Health Sciences (Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech)
  • Law and Forensic Science (Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Forensic Science)
• OHS Upgrades: Minor interior improvements to the automotive pathway and other areas to accommodate new Pathways programming
